Dandi Eritama joined The Lighthouse Bali team in 2025 as Operations Manager. With over two decades of experience in Bali’s hospitality and tourism sector, Dandi brings a wealth of knowledge in villa and hotel management, guest experience, and team leadership.

Dandi holds an advanced degree in Applied Science (Management and Marketing) from Swinburne University of Technology. His professional journey has included managing some of Bali’s finest villas and resorts, overseeing food and beverage operations, and contributing to companies within the island’s spice extraction industry. This broad and diverse experience has shaped Dandi’s holistic understanding of operational excellence, customer engagement, and the essence of service within Bali’s unique cultural context.

At The Lighthouse Bali, Dandi oversees daily operations and ensures every aspect of the client journey is seamless. From villa preparation to personalized care, his attention to detail and deep respect for teamwork help create a professional yet compassionate environment for both clients and staff.

Dandi is passionate about The Lighthouse’s mission to guide individuals toward transformation and recovery. He values the organization’s supportive, collaborative culture and its setting in Sanur, which he describes as the perfect environment for reflection and growth.

Outside of work, Dandi enjoys exploring Bali with his wife and two sons. Family life is central to his values, and he strives to teach his children the importance of giving more than they receive. A fan of 80s and 90s music, Dandi finds inspiration in its timeless energy—a reminder of how the past can shape a better future.
