Courtney McCullough, RP
Courtney McCullough is a trauma-informed Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She works internationally as a Mental Health Consultant, helping individuals reconnect with themselves and build a greater quality of life. Her work is grounded in understanding how early experiences, attachment patterns, and emotional conditioning shape behaviour, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
She uses an integrative therapeutic approach drawing from:
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Somatic & nervous system regulation
- EMDR-informed techniques
Courtney works with individuals working through trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addiction, and life transitions. Her approach is compassionate and client-centred, creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported.
Outside of her work, Courtney values connection, health, and self-expression. She hikes, surfs, and kitesurfs and finds equal meaning in the quieter rituals of cooking, reading, and writing. As an avid traveller, she is drawn to new cultures and the people within them. She believes meaningful relationships are at the heart of a well-lived life.
