Dr. Olivia Jennison
Dr Olivia Jennison is a Clinical Psychologist from New Zealand. She holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Massey University), and a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Psychology (University of Otago).
She has a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy. Olivia helps her clients make better sense of their current experiences, identify unhelpful patterns, explore what is important, and support them to make sustainable changes that lead to a more meaningful life.
Olivia adapts therapy to fit individual needs and goals. She draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectual behaviour therapy (DBT).
Olivia has clinical experience in both the public and private sectors, with clients of all age ranges. She has worked with clients on issues relating to addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, anger, OCD, trauma, eating-related distress, and attachment.
