Ryan Chen
Ryan joins The Lighthouse Bali as Regional Director for Hong Kong and China. As an advocate for mental health and wellness, he also runs an online platform in Hong Kong which promotes the topic.
Ryan was born and raised in Hong Kong. He graduated from The University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After graduation, he began his corporate banking career with HSBC. With five years of experience behind him, Ryan then took up a role as a director in a private investment office in Hong Kong. In recent years, he observed how the macro-economic environment and the covid pandemic had significantly affected the Hong Kong community’s wellbeing. To address these troubling issues, Ryan co-founded an online mental health platform with one goal – to improve the mental health and wellbeing for the Hong Kong community.
From a community outreach standpoint, Ryan has participated in charity fund raising activities, such as the Yan Oi Tong Bubble Soccer Charity Event and the SHKP Vertical Run For Charity. His core values in life include helping others individually and the community as a whole.
As Regional Director for Hong Kong and China for The Lighthouse Bali, Ryan focuses on reaching out to the community members who are facing mental health matters – from depression, anxiety and trauma to substance abuse. He is happy to share how the Professional Team from The Lighthouse Bali can assist individuals and families who are ready to follow a new path in life, recover, and pursue happiness.
